Terms of Service

1. Service

TheMarketingMachine is an AI-powered marketing command center operated by Kirke Labs. It provides tools for content strategy, generation, scheduling, and analytics for founders and small teams.

2. Account

Your account is identified by your Algorand wallet address. You are responsible for securing your wallet. We cannot recover access if you lose your private keys.

3. AI-generated content

• Content generated through the platform is yours to use, publish, and modify.
• AI output may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee engagement metrics, follower growth, or business outcomes.

4. On-chain proof of post (optional)

When you publish a post with the "Verify on Algorand" option enabled, an irreversible record (your wallet address + a SHA-256 hash of the post) is created on the Algorand public blockchain. By signing the proof transaction in your wallet, you confirm informed consent for that anchoring. Anchoring is opt-in per post — you can publish without it at any time.

On-chain records are permanent and cannot be deleted. See the Privacy Policy for the full data flow and our cryptographic-erasure approach for account deletion.

5. Usage limits

Each account has a monthly AI usage cap. Exceeding the cap will pause AI generation until the next calendar month. Rate limits apply to prevent abuse.

6. Prohibited use

• Generating content that violates applicable laws or platform terms of service
• Attempting to circumvent rate limits or usage caps
• Using the service to generate spam, misleading content, or impersonations
• Reselling access or automating bulk content generation for third parties

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Termination removes all off-chain data permanently within 24 hours. Any on-chain proof-of-post records you previously opted in to remain on the Algorand ledger but can no longer be linked back to you once your wallet → identity record is deleted from our systems.

9. Limitation of liability

TheMarketingMachine is provided "as is" without warranties. Kirke Labs is not liable for losses arising from use of the service, AI-generated content, or service interruptions.
